Due to the nature of our digital programs and coaching services, we do not offer refunds once access to the course or session has been delivered.
For one-on-one coaching, cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
